杉並区に建つ9戸のコーポラティブハウスです。大きな滑り台のようなスラブ面が、細長い中庭を渦巻状に取り囲んでいます。全9戸のうち4戸は緑のスクリーンで仕切られた中庭を共有し、他の5戸はスラブがそのまま連続するルーフバルコニーを専有しています。斜めの空間を登ったり降りたりという身体感覚に直接うったえる楽しさが、変化のある豊かな住空間を生んでいます。

The housing cooperative is in a quiet residential area. Slab surfaces spiral around a long,narrow courtyard like a slide. 4 of 9 units open to the courtyard and 5 units have a private roof balcony. Its angles create a fun living space. The cluster of rooftops blends in well surrounding buildings but from afar resembles a hill in the suburbs.
